One of the first tangible outcomes of this newly established cooperation agreement has just seen the light of day. It is a book, edited by Dr Tony Di Petta from Brock University and it is entitled: The Emperor’s New Computer: ICT, Teachers and Teaching. It is published by SENSE Publishers in Rotterdam / Taipei and forms part of the highly-respected Canadian Academic Publication Series, called: Critical Issues in the Future of Learning and Teaching. The relevant ISBN number is: 978-90-8790-655-9.
My contribution to this book is Chapter 5, which is entitled: An African Contribution towards an Emergent Philosophy of Mobile Learning.
